I went in due to issues with my horn and car alarm. They were WONDERFUL and took great care of me and my car. They also charged me half of what the dealership wanted and I didn't have to use my extended warranty. They were quick and efficient. I will go here for all of my car needs!!

After another shop caused serious damage by over-tightening my lug nuts, High Tech Car Care Company stepped in and fixed the problem properly. They were professional, honest, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain what went wrong and how they were fixing it.

10/10 we have many vehicles which means we tend to go to many different mechanics when we need something fixed and honestly have never had a better experience. they had my truck ready very quickly and i feel as if the price was honest and we got a very good deal! he even changed my headlights to led white ones for free. honestly a very professional and clean and amazing experience. will 100% be bringing all of of our vehicles serviced here and you should too!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. From the moment I brought my car in, I was treated with kindness, patience, and honesty. He helped get my car back on the road when I really needed it. After replacing the thermostat housing, he discovered another issue and went ahead and fixed it at no additional cost to me. That kind of integrity is rare. What meant the most was his honesty—he took the time to explain a potential future issue so I could be prepared, without any pressure or upselling. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and not just the money. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be coming back and recommending this shop to anyone who needs reliable, honest work.

My previous and recent interactions and discussions with Mr. 'Hong Kong' about my vehicle... clearly explaining the issue(s) with my SUV (Tahoe), keeping me updated on the progress/process, explaining exactly what was needed with clear & transparent pricing, commitment to fixing a problem while also recommending (NOT forced upselling) other findings... gave me a peace of mind and trust... knowing that I wasn't being taken advantage of by being offered unnecessary services.
